GemsIndia is operated by Kikan International Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India, with our office at Crown Plaza, New Delhi. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to that entity.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you provide accurate information.
Every gemstone, sculpture, and jewellery piece on our site is photographed and described to the best of our ability. Natural stones vary slightly in tone, inclusions, and dimensions; the photograph is representative, not absolute. Carat weights, measurements, and certifications are accurate to the standard of our in-house team.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees by default; an equivalent USD display is available via the toggle. The final amount charged is determined by your selected currency at checkout. Prices may change without notice; the price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay (for INR orders) or Shopify Payments / PayPal / Stripe (for USD international orders).
If a payment fails or is reversed, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified. We do not store payment card or UPI details.

All content on this site — text, photography, graphics, logos, designs — is the property of Kikan International Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors, and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without our written permission.
Custom jewellery and sculpture designs are made to your specifications. Once we begin production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. We will share renders / mock-ups for approval before any material is cut or set.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or purchase of a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
