№ 01 · The Founding

Our story.

GemsIndia, started with our founder's fascination of natural stones in New Delhi (est. 2006). Today, GemsIndia carries that fascination forward with every stone in our collection. What began as one person's passion has grown into a uniquely curated inventory of thousands of pieces.

As a gem enthusiast and artisan, our founder used to create crushed gemstone paintings which has slowly diverged into an extensive collection of fine gems, gemstone sculptures, large size collectors pieces, loose gemstones and jewelry.

Our company has been sourcing authentic stones from around the globe since 15+ years and exporting worldwide — bridging the gap between a gem mine in Jaipur, a local market in Gujarat and a collector in upstate New York to a designer in Los Angeles.

Every stone has a story that deserves to be told — we welcome you to come create yours and carry it home.

Our store.

We are located in Crown Heights, New Delhi, IND.

We do not have a traditional retail store, but we welcome visits to our gem stone sanctuary by appointment.

Our team works out of our New Delhi office — every piece is sourced, sorted, and approved in person before it ships.

№ 06 · Art & Gemstone Collections

Crown Octopus.

We house CROWN OCTOPUS, our art gallery at the Delhi office, open to walk-ins from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Our gallery ranges art paintings from local Indian artists to life-size hand-carved Natraja, Ganesha and Buddha sculptures.

Our artisans are trained and capable to craft almost anything in stone — from human portraits to your pet's face to your favourite figurine. Reach out and our team will be happy to work with your vision.
