Every GemsIndia purchase is fully insured to its total value and ships with a complimentary gift as our small thank-you for trusting us. We take equal care with your privacy online as we do with your order in transit.

Free shipping over $50.

All orders above $50 (or equivalent in INR / GBP / EUR) ship completely free of cost, worldwide. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Fully insured.

From a single loose stone to a full jewellery piece, every purchase is handled with care, privacy, and protection. Every shipment is insured to its full declared value — no premium charged to the customer, no questions asked if something goes wrong in transit.

Delivery timeline.

• India: 3-5 business days via courier (DTDC, Blue Dart, FedEx India)
• USA & Canada: 7-10 business days via FedEx International Priority
• Europe & UK: 7-12 business days via DHL Express
• Rest of world: 10-15 business days via international courier with full tracking

Custom-designed jewellery and large sculpture pieces typically require additional production time before despatch — your order page will reflect the lead time.

Tracking & updates.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also see live status from your account dashboard. We send periodic transit updates so you always know where your stone is.

Customs & duties.

For international shipments, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare full value on the invoice to honour insurance requirements — please factor this into your budget.
